Today, employment law comprises numerous specialist areas, all subject to constant change as jurisprudence develops. With a number of specialist employment lawyers and other lawyers with many years‘ experience in the field, we provide advice and representation to companies of all sizes in all industries as well as to company board members, directors and managers. We are guided by our clients‘ varied requirements, and in some cases act as a n outsourced human resources department. We also provide advice to numerous foreign companies on matters relating to employment law, starting with their entry into the German market. We draft contracts and agreements of all kinds, negotiate them with opposing parties and represent our clients‘ interests in contentious as well as non-contentious proceedings. We litigate for our clients before all German Labour Courts and Higher Labour Courts and the Federal Labour Court in Erfurt.
