Dr. Jörg Podehl is a specialist in employment law. His advisory services focus on domestic and international employment and distribution law. As a specialist in employment law, Dr. Podehl primarily advises companies and senior management on the negotiation of employment contracts, on the establishment and termination of employment relationships, and on restructuring operations. He also has particular expertise and experience in collective employment law, negotiations with works councils, unions and international employment law. He regularly represents clients before arbitration bodies and labour courts throughout Germany, up to the level of the Federal Labour Court. As an expert on distribution law, Dr. Podehl supports clients on all legal issues in connection with machinery supply contracts and distribution systems, as well as contracts relating to sales representatives, authorized distributors and consultants.
