Felix Pott

Felix Pott is a member of Hoffmann Liebs’ Employment Law Group. As a lawyer, he advises domestic and international companies and managers in all areas of individual and collective employment law. He has a special focus of expertise in the implementation of restructuring measures and personnel-related company projects as well as the representation of companies in the negotiation of reorganization agreements and social plan agreements. In addition, he advises companies on all issues related to redundancy and dismissal protection, in judicial and extra-judicial disputes. Felix Pott has in-depth counselling experience in insolvency and distressed M&A situations.
