Wolfgang Bucksch is a Certified Lawyer for Employment Law and leads the Employment Group at Hoffmann Liebs. He has been advising companies of all sizes and sectors across Germany for more than 30 years on every aspect of individual and collective employment law. A particular area of his practice is advising companies on negotiations concerning balance of interest agreements and social plans. A further area of expertise is advising companies on negotiations with unions and works councils such as the conclusion of collective bargaining agreements and works council agreements. Wolfgang Bucksch has particular experience in termination agreements. He has also advised and represented a multitude of clients in matters of company pensions for many years. His advice is valued not just by corporate clients but by board members, managing directors and executive managers. He contributes regularly to external and in-house seminars as an expert speaker and also carries out training for management teams.
