Dr. Ulrich Federlin advises companies in all aspects of labour law and employment law matters with a particular expertise and experience in collective employment law and co-determination. He also advises senior management on negotiation, establishment and termination of employment contracts. His experience includes long time practice in senior legal and HR functions in a large multinational corporation. Ulrich has special knowledge and expertise in negotiations with works councils and unions, works constitution arbitration bodies and in operational dealing with works councils with a special focus on elaborating legally compliant practical solutions in a changing working environment.
