Dr. Andreas Fülbier

Dr Andreas Fülbier is a member of the Hoffmann Liebs’ employment law practice group. As a lawyer, he provides advice to companies and managers from the banking sector in all areas of individual and collective employment law. He represents his clients’ interests in both judicial and extra-judicial matters. Dr Fülbier focuses on the structuring and negotiation of transformation within companies, restructuring measures and works council/employer agreements, as well as the implementation of regulatory requirements (e.g. compensation systems). He also has particular expertise in the structuring of executive board employment contracts, other employment contracts and cancellation of contract agreements.
