Dr. Julia Reinsch

Dr. Julia Reinsch is a certified lawyer for employment law and a member of Hoffmann Liebs’ Employment Group. She has been advising German and international corporate clients from different sectors since 2002 on all aspects of employment law. Particular areas of expertise include handling the employment aspects arising out of domestic and international mergers and acquisitions and advising international companies on setting up operations in Germany. She further specializes in restructurings, balancing of interests and social plans. Dr. Julia Reinsch regularly publishes articles in Germany and abroad on employment law matters and acts as an expert speaker at conferences.
