Heiko Langer is a certified lawyer for employment law, Maître en Droit and leads the Employment Group at Hoffmann Liebs. He advises German and international corporate clients, whatever their size and sector, on every aspect of individual and collective employment law. He has particular expertise in handling employment law aspects of corporate restructuring and M&A transactions and in acting for corporate clients in negotiations concerning balance of interest agreements and social plans. A further area of practice is negotiating and drafting employment contracts and service contracts, compromise agreements and representing corporate clients in court proceedings. Heiko Langer regularly publishes articles on employment law matters. He also acts as expert speaker in seminars and in-house training courses on employment law-related topics.
