Andreas Hecker, LL.M. oec.

Andreas Hecker advises companies and associations regarding capital market law and transformation law. This includes among others the attendance at annual general meetings and shareholders’ meetings of listed and non-listed companies, advising on questions regarding organ responsibilities and Corporate Governance, advising on offerings as well as structuring and implementing measurements of reorganizations (i.e. transformation, spin-off and merger). Such consulting also includes litigation in the areas mentioned above. In addition, Mr. Hecker also supports his clients with internal organizations and reporting on Compliance and Corporate-Social-Responsibilities (CSR). Mr. Hecker also advises companies on mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Andreas Hecker has been a speaker in seminars on corporate and corporate group law for many years, and a lecturer at training courses for specialist lawyers. He regularly publishes articles on corporate and association laws in selected specialist journals and professional magazines, and also on the legal blog of the online B2B platform marketstell.de.
