Dr. Philipp Wehler

Dr. Philipp Wehler advises our clients from all business segments, in particular industrial firms, retail and professional services firms in trademark and unfair competition law, litigation and arbitration, licensing and other commercial agreements and sports law. His practice focuses on strategic advice regarding marketing and distribution concepts as well as product and trademark clearance. He assists companies in and out of court in the defense and enforcement of intellectual property/copyright rights and regularly acts as counsel and arbitrator in arbitration proceedings. In addition, Dr Wehler advises his clients relating to commercial disputes, in particular product liability cases, and represents them in court proceedings. Among his clients are small and medium enterprises as well as large corporations, industry associations and professional athletes.
