Oriented to the individual needs of the public purchaser, we prepare all necessary award and contract documents, taking into account the economic objectives and legal framework.
We ensure that the requirements of European and national public procurement law, including any subsidy conditions, are complied with and that the scope for design is exploited to the benefit of the public client. If desired, we can also take over the complete operational handling of an award procedure in the function of an external awarding authority.
We support companies in the legally compliant and economically optimized preparation of applications for participation and bids. Our team examines tender documents for possible legal weaknesses and advises on the best way to deal with identified infringements of public procurement law. We also represent public contracting authorities and bidders in review proceedings before the Public Procurement Tribunals and Higher Regional Courts.
