Stefan Hitter has been a lawyer and partner at Hoffmann Liebs since 2012, where he heads the Public Sector practice group. He has been advising cities, municipalities, districts, the federal government and state governments in the areas of procurement, construction and real estate law for more than 20 years. A particular focus of his work is on supporting public construction projects from structuring and planning to completion. He advises on project developments and large-scale construction and development projects and advises cities, municipalities and districts on the drafting and negotiation of general contractor and technical contractor agreements and in the context of PPP projects. Stefan Hitter advises national and international clients on real estate transactions involving the acquisition of office and administrative buildings, department stores, shopping centres and retail parks.
