Thomas Michaelis

Thomas Michaelis is a member of the Real Estate, Construction and Public Procurement Law Group. Particular areas of expertise include advising on real estate transactions and on commercial tenancy law. Further, Mr. Michaelis particularly provides assistance in public infrastructure projects, notably national and international public-private partnership projects, comprising the structuring of Europe-wide public procurement procedures and the drafting of contractual documents. Thomas Michaelis has also been admitted as a lawyer in Luxembourg (list 4).
