Sebastian Herrmann

Sebastian Herrmann is a long-standing expert of commercial contracts, antitrust and distribution law, as well as commercial and corporate law. In addition to negotiating and drafting contracts, he also focuses on advising medium-sized companies on the practical implementation and optimization of sales systems and sales strategies. The key priority is to work closely with the company to harmonize legal requirements, strategic ideas and entrepreneurial goals. He further has many years of litigation experience. Sebastian Herrmann is a speaker for renowned seminar organizers such as Forum Institute for Management, Beck and the BME Academy and provides external in-house training for employees in compliance themes / antitrust law as well. Mr. Herrmann is co-author of the German books “Praxishandbuch Gestaltung von Wirtschaftsverträgen” and “Schmitt / Herrmann: Vertragsklauseln im Wirtschaftsrecht”.
