Dr. Ulrike Wesche

Ulrike is partner and member of the Real Estate, Construction and Public Procurement Law Group. Particular areas of expertise include advising on property transactions (portfolio acquisitions or disposals), including due diligence, financing issues and associated portfolio management, and legal advice, in and out of court, on private construction and architectural law and on tenancy and lease law.
