Daniel-Sebastian Kaiser

Daniel-Sebastian Kaiser is a partner and member of the practice group Corporate Law and M&A. In addition to general corporate law advice, a special focus of his practice is on advising national and international clients on domestic and cross-border transactions. In addition, he has many years of expertise in the field of corporate litigation and advises on the entire spectrum of conflict resolution possibilities, including advice and representation in court disputes and arbitration proceedings. Daniel-Sebastian Kaiser is also the author of various publications and a speaker on current M&A topics.
