Volker Hoffmann

Volker Hoffmann is a lawyer and partner in the Department for “Environmental and Technology Law” at the law firm Hoffmann Liebs Fritsch & Partner Rechtsanwälte mbB in Düsseldorf. He is also a member of the interdisciplinary practice group “Public Sector”. As already in his optional subjects during his studies and his legal clerkship, he has focused for many years intensively on all areas of classic environmental law, specialising in particular in soil protection, immission control and waste law. In addition, he advises primarily on questions of general commercial administrative law and on aspects of environmental law in company and real estate transactions.
