Julian Hoff

Julian Hoff is lawyer in the department for Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions. In addition, he advises clients with a focus on energy law. One of his main themes is advising clients on domestic and foreign transactions as well as ongoing advice of medium sized firms and group companies regarding corporate and contract law, both with regard to forming and negotiating of contracts as well as by representing their interests in litigation and arbitration proceedings. Julian was seconded three times to clients’ legal departments.
