Inara Zarmann specializes in insolvency law, reorganization and restructuring and advises insolvency administrators, creditors and debtors. One focus is the assertion of insolvency avoidance claims and their defense. Another focus is on the (extra)judicial assertion of liability claims against the executive bodies of insolvent legal entities. She also supports creditors in enforcing their claims. Inara Zarmann advises in German, Russian and English and is a member of the “Young Insolvency Lawyers” working group of the German Bar Association (DAV).
