Ilona Dück has been working as a lawyer at Hoffmann Liebs since 2023 in the fields of “energy law” and “environmental law and commercial administrative law”.

In the field of energy law, she advises clients on all issues relating to energy contract law. She also has a particular focus on renewable energy law (photovoltaics, wind) and emissions trading law. Her clients include energy suppliers as well as companies from industry and the real estate sector.

In the area of environmental and commercial administrative law, she also advises on traditional environmental law, specializing in particular in soil protection, pollution control and planning law – not least in order to manage the particularly close interfaces with the energy industry. She also advises on issues of general commercial administrative law and on public law aspects of corporate and real estate transactions.
