Dr. Kerstin Pallinger is a partner at Hoffmann Liebs and advises clients on all questions of European and domestic anti-trust law, in particular relating to fines imposed under anti-trust regulations and legal proceedings against companies charged with abuse of their market dominance as well as on vertical and horizontal cooperations and on German, EC and multijurisdictional merger control. Activities also cover the fields of compliance/internal investigations and white-collar crime law. Dr. Pallinger’s clients include mid-sized and large enterprises, together with corporate groups and associations which are involved in anti-trust issues with international implications. In addition, she supports clients in the development and implementation of risk avoidance strategies on the basis of audits and compliance training and represents her clients – both companies as well as their management bodies and individual managers – before the authorities and courts in relation to breaches of compliance and anti-trust regulations. Dr. Pallinger also represents clients in civil law proceedings relating to compensation and injunctions under anti-trust law.
