Dr. habil. Peter Preu

Dr. Peter Preu set up as lawyer after obtaining the “habilitation” (second PhD) in public law (the University of Göttingen). He specialises in advising companies, shareholders and board members on corporate and contractual disputes with shareholders, other companies, board members and insolvency administrators. Over recent years, he has developed expertise in handling large industrial construction projects that result in dispute and in the recovery of public subsidies. Dr. Preu provides preliminary advice and also represents his clients in disputes before state courts and arbitration tribunals.
