Angela Erwin is partner at Hoffmann Liebs and advises our clients on the non-technical aspects of protection of industrial and intellectual property rights, specialising in trademark, design and licensing law.
Her focus is, in particular, on the management and monitoring of trademark and design rights processes, both domestically and internationally. She advises clients on the strategic structuring, defence and management of domestic and international brand portfolios. In addition she also deals with questions relating to competition and copyright law. A further focal point of Angela Erwin’s work is Internet domain law as well as the assertion of intellectual property rights in the field of social media.
