Nele Zumegen has been a lawyer at Hoffmann Liebs Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB since 2024. She provides comprehensive legal advice to clients on issues related to commercial tenancy law as well as on complex national and international real estate transactions. Another key focus of her work is advising on real estate aspects of due diligence processes in connection with share and asset deals. Her legal services include drafting and negotiating complex contracts as well as representing clients’ interests both in and out of court.
