Michael Klipp

Michael Klipp advises his clients on all aspects of employment and labour law. He is specialized in works council matters, employment contracts, service agreements and restructurings. His practice particularly includes advice on outsourcing of operations. In addition, Michael has extensive expertise in international employment law. In the course of his consultancy services to multinational companies on cross-border employment law issues, he frequently works in close cooperation with international teams of employment law experts. Michael regularly acts as an expert speaker in seminars and in-house training courses.
