Lucas Philipp Krumrey

Lucas Philipp Krumrey has been a lawyer at Hoffmann Liebs in the field of public procurement and real estate law since 2026. He supports public construction projects from structuring and planning to completion. Thanks to his many years of working for a member of the North Rhine-Westphalian state parliament, he has relevant knowledge of the needs, decision-making factors, and working methods of the public sector. He studied law at Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf. He completed his legal training in the district of the Düsseldorf Higher Regional Court, including placements at an international commercial law firm in the field of public commercial law and at Hoffmann Liebs in the public procurement law department.
