Of Counsel
Johannes Voß advises domestic and foreign companies and entrepreneurs on all aspects of commercial and corporate law. He specializes in national and international company acquisitions and sales (M&A transactions), joint ventures, private equity transactions, venture capital transactions and corporate restructurings as well as general national and international contract law matters (commercial). In addition to his expertise in commercial, corporate and transactional law, he also specializes in advising shareholders and companies in connection with judicial and extrajudicial disputes between shareholders and in post-M&A disputes. Johannes Voß has many years of extensive forensic experience.
