Dr. Sophia Fälschle

Dr. Sophia Fälschle has been a lawyer at Hoffmann Liebs in Düsseldorf since 2025 and is a member of the insolvency and restructuring law practice group. She studied law at the University of Münster, specializing in contract drafting and dispute resolution. She then completed her doctorate on the subject of legal tech at the Institute for Information, Telecommunications and Media Law in Münster. At the same time, she worked for three years as a research assistant at the insolvency administration law firm BBORS Kreuznacht in Münster. Dr. Sophia Fälschle completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf with stations at the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (Bonn), Taylor Wessing (Düsseldorf) and the corporate legal department of BMW (Munich), among others.
